Yes! The entire 12-week program is delivered virtually via live Zoom sessions, making it accessible from anywhere in the world.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
Plan for approximately 5–10 hours per week, including the live group session (90 minutes), homework, and community engagement.
What if I miss a live session?
All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. However, live attendance is strongly encouraged for the full experience.
Is there a payment plan available?
