Trena J. Myers is a woman who wears her crown with purpose. As Ms. Elite United USA 2025 and Legacy Authority Architect™, Trena represents more than elegance and poise — she represents resilience, advocacy, and legacy. A nationally recognized speaker, entrepreneur, and rare disease advocate, Trena uses her platform to amplify voices that are often unseen and unheard.
Known as "The Zebra Queen," Trena is the Founder & CEO of Rare Wish, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing joy, resources, and visibility to individuals living with rare and invisible diseases. Through advocacy, storytelling, and community partnerships, she is committed to ensuring that rare families are not forgotten — but celebrated, supported, and seen.
Beyond advocacy, Trena is the visionary behind the Legacy Crown Collection™, a leadership and branding framework designed to help women clarify their message, embody confidence, and build purpose-driven platforms that create lasting impact.
She is also a proud mother, Gigi, and fiancée, embracing family as the heart of her legacy.

Crowned in Daytona Beach, FL — June 13, 2024. National title representing purpose-driven leadership and rare disease advocacy.
Ms. Elite Georgia United USA
The inaugural Ms. Elite GA United USA titleholder. State representative advancing to the national stage.
Ms. Classic Iowa Global Continental
Inaugural Ms. Classic Iowa title. Placed 2nd Runner-Up at Nationals.
Ms. Classic Georgia Global Continental
Inaugural Ms. Classic GA title. Placed 1st Runner-Up at Nationals and received the Director's Award.
Ms. Woman Georgia United States
Represented the State of Georgia. Received the Congeniality Award at the National Competition.
Local & State Titles
Held numerous local and state titles representing Iowa, Texas, Alabama, North Carolina, and Georgia.
MOA Local Prelim Director
Served as a local MOA director and certified judge in the states of Iowa and Missouri.
Mrs. Iowa United States
Top 20 at the National competition. One of her earliest national-level achievements.
Mrs. Lee County America
First pageant in the Mrs. division, representing Lee County, Iowa.

Community Engagement & Collaborations
The causes that Trena cares about are a major influence on the philanthropic efforts she champions. From rare disease advocacy to anti-human trafficking, her impact spans communities across the nation.
Rare Wish / Rare STRIDES
Founding CEO of Rare Wish, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Beth Nguyen, RN, improving quality of life for rare families through wishes, clinical innovation funding, and free healthcare tools. Director of Communication/Marketing for Rare STRIDES, volunteering 10+ hours weekly.
Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce
Selected as Chamber Ambassador, engaging potential members at networking events and ribbon cuttings. Two-time Moxie Award finalist in Pay it Forward and Uprising categories.
Rainbow Village
Active volunteer supporting a transitional community for families with children in Gwinnett County. Raised funds to provide art supplies to children in need.
Rotary Club
Inducted into the Rotary Club in Iowa, participating in mental health and anti-human trafficking campaigns. Performed a live art painting auctioned for over $3,200 to fund anti-trafficking efforts.
Lydia's House
Board member providing facilitation and strategic planning for the tri-state area's only transitional housing facility for women moving from dependent, often abusive relationships into independent lifestyles.
iamLov Organization
Served as Vice President (2021–2022) with 40+ volunteer hours monthly. Created the first Butterfly Effect mural in Keokuk, Iowa, and organized the organization's first black-tie gala raising over $2,000.
Immune Deficiency Foundation
Led a fundraising team for the Atlanta IDF walk, securing a $2,000 corporate sponsorship. Provided art therapy for support groups in central Georgia as an individual living with an immune deficiency.
Georgia HOSA
Presenter and judge for the State conference of the largest organization supporting high school students exploring health careers. Involved since 2008.
Additional community involvement includes: Gwinnett County Schools, Hawthorne Elementary Adopt-a-Class, Jr. Achievement Mentor, Paper Heart Campaign, KidFitStrong Challenge, Gwinnett County Parks & Rec, Lions Club, Walk MS Atlanta, Keokuk Chamber of Commerce, and Untold Woman International.
